We love cooking. We love learning about where our food comes from and we love it even more when our guests come back from our cookery holidays having discovered the real taste of a place.

We don’t dish up your usual cookery courses. Instead, our cooking holidays are deliberate concoctions of varied and spicy ingredients, carefully balanced, and seasoned to your taste.

We’ve searched the culinary globe to curate an eclectic mix of cookery holidays that are as magnificent as the people that go on them and the Chefs who host them.

Chefs who inspire. Chefs with Michelin Stars. Home cooks who teach skills passed down from generation to generation. Chefs with a passion to share and a story to tell.

It’s not the done thing to boast. So you won’t find us crowing about how amazing our Chefs are. Nor how good our service is, or the fact that the accommodation is wonderfully comfortable and characterful, the food delicious and the wines delectable. Mum’s the word. We prefer to let our guests do the talking.
